Hi Wellness Bestie, I’m Chanae, a certified Life Coach that focuses on all things mindset & wellness. I am dedicated to helping women break through limiting beliefs, achieve balance, and build sustainable wellness habits. My coaching integrates mind, body, and spirit, while remaining inclusive and open to all. I believe that true transformation happens when we align our thoughts, emotions, and daily habits with our values and goals.

This flexible, 6-week coaching program is designed to help women shift their mindset, develop wellness practices, and create lasting change.

What’s Included in Your Program:
This 6-week coaching experience includes 6 live 1:1 coaching sessions, each lasting 45–60 minutes. You’ll meet with me every week to dive deep, gain clarity, and create momentum.
Between sessions, you'll work through a guided personal workbook filled with wellness strategies, mindset prompts, and action steps to help you stay focused and aligned throughout your journey. At the end of the program, you’ll have the option to continue with additional support if desired.
